DE-Gather 2022

Für das Jahr 2022 möchte ich wieder ein DE-Gather organisieren, das hoffentlich ein ganzes Wochenende dauert! Um das möglich zu machen, muss ich allerdings wissen, wieviele Menschen bei so einem Gather dabei sein würden und wer speziell bei einer Übernachtung in der Jugendherberge dabei wäre.
Vorläufiger Rahmen:
Ort: Jugendherberge Düsseldorf
Datum: 29.-31. Juli. Samstag der 30.Juli wäre der Haupttag für das Gather. Wenn jemand nicht übernachten kann, aber für einen Tag dabei sein möchte, wäre das die beste Option.
Die zwei Dokumente zur Anmeldung sind online: Das Anmeldedokument, wo ihr eure Daten eintragen müsst, damit ich die Reservierung in der JHB organisieren kann und ein Dokument mit den AGBs, wo z.B. drin steht, dass ich nicht die Organisatorin bin, sondern lediglich auch Teilnehmerin, die die ganze Sache organisiert. Das heißt, dass ich auch nicht die Aufsichtspflicht habe, wenn ihr unter 18 seid und zum Treffen kommt.
Der Ablauf sieht bisher wie folgt aus:
28.2.: Verbindliche Anmeldefrist für die Übernachtung mit dem ausgefüllten Anmeldedokument.
15.April: Überweisung von 35 Euro/Hälfte der Übernachtungsgebühr. 2 Übernachtungen kosten 68,80€ plus die Aufteilung der Kosten der JHB-Jahreskarte unter allen Teilnehmenden (was aber nicht so viel Geld ist) und ggf. die Miete für einen der Tagungsräume wenn wir das möchten.
1.Juni: Überweisung des Rests der Gebühr.
29.Juli: Gathermather!
Corona: Wegen der Pandemie bedarf es ggf. Anpassungen und zur Zeit ist es schwierig einzuschätzen, wie die Lage in einem halben Jahr sein wird. Allerdings ist mindestens 2G+ als Regel Bedingung, wenn ich das organisiere.
Eine Anmeldung ist mit Übernachtung ist ab 14 Jahren möglich (wenn ihr jünger seid und entweder für einen Tag kommen möchtet, vielleicht mit der Familie in der Gegend seid o.ä., seid ihr natürlich herzlich willkommen.
Wenn ihr euch nicht sicher seid, ob ihr kommen dürft oder ob eure Eltern euch das erlauben würden, können wir versuchen, das mit denen zu klären. Ich kann z.B. gerne mit denen mal telefonieren. Ich arbeite als Bildungsreferentin, hab schon einige Seminare und Jugendbegegnungen organisiert, falls das helfen sollte.
Schreibt gerne hier im Thread oder im Discord, ob ihr euch anmelden möchtet. Für die feste Anmeldung gibts dann das Anmeldedokument!

For the year 2022 I would like to organize a DE Gather again, hopefully lasting a whole weekend! To make this possible, however, I need to know how many people would be at such a Gather and who specifically would be at an overnight stay in the youth hostel.
Preliminary framework:
Place: Youth hostel Düsseldorf
Date: July 29-31. Saturday the 30th of July would be the main day for the Gather. If someone can't stay overnight but would like to be there for one day, that would be the best option.
I will post two more documents online: The registration document, where you have to fill in your data, so that I can organize the reservation at the JHB and a document with the terms and conditions, where it says for example that I am not the organizer, but only also participant, who organizes the whole thing. This means that I also don't have the duty of supervision if you are under 18 and come to the meeting.
The schedule so far looks like this:
2/28: Binding registration deadline for the overnight with the completed registration document.
April 15: Transfer of 35 Euro/half of the overnight fee. 2 nights cost 68,80€ plus sharing the cost of the JHB annual pass among all participants (which is not that much money) and renting one of the meeting rooms if we want.
June 1: transfer of the rest of the fee.
July 29: Gathermather!
Corona: Because of the pandemic, adjustments may be needed and at this time it is difficult to estimate what the situation will be in half a year. However, at least 2G+ as a rule is a condition when I organize it.
You can register for this overnight stay if you are 14 years or older (if you are younger and want to come either for a day or with the family you are of course welcome.
If you are not sure if you are allowed to come or if your parents would allow you to come, we can try to talk with them. For example, I can talk to them on the phone. I work as an educational consultant and have already organized some seminars and youth meetings, if that could help.
