Hi,

hier mal ein paar Fragen zum World Cup und kommenden World Tournament, die innerhalb der Communities beantwortet werden sollen.

To prepare for World Cup 2012, please collect answers for the following questions from your community:

1) What did you like about this WC?
2) What did you not like?
3) Do you want to keep the theme system?
4) What themes should be added, what themes removed?
5) Do you want to keep the judging system?
6) Is the WC too long, too short or perfect length?
7) Was the qualification system by collab appropriate?

Bitte gebt mal Feedback dazu, egal ob Teilnehmer oder Beobachter.

1) Themes
2) Dass die Judges nicht richtig bewertet haben und zuviel aufs Thema geachtet haben. Dass SPC nicht reingekommen ist.
3) Ja, wenn die Judges richtig judgen oder so
4) Der ganze creativity Bereich: Two Hand, Spinless: Viele machen eigentlich das selbe bei den Themes.
5) Nein, ich wünsche mir ein Team von Judges, die auch richtig argumentieren und so können.
6) Länge ist ok.
7) . . . SPC NICHT DRIN!!!!

1) Die Themen.
2) Die Rundenlänge. Ein Monat ist zu lang.
3) Ja. Bringt viel Abwechslung ins Geschehen.
4) Zum Hinzufügen fällt mir nichts ein, aber ich würde Speed anders definieren. Man sollte darauf achten wer seine Geschwindigkeit am ansprechensten kontrollieren kann. Dafür sollte Control wegfallen.
5) Ja, aber mit ausführlicheren Begründungen von den Judges.
6) Zu lang. Nach sechs Monaten vergeht die Lust.
7) Ja... Ich wüsste allerdings auch nicht, wie mans anders machen sollte. Ich denke sonstiges würde zu lange dauern.

2) etwas unausgereift ( gleich mehr )
3) Das Theme System soll trotzdem bleiben
4) Body & Environment -> überflüssig, endet in Albernheiten -> weg damit
Stattdessen vielleicht schwere Hybride Themes, Trickideen, schönster Pen o.Ä.
5) Das Judging System ist in Ordnung, aber in der Einführungsphase nur auf das Talent achten, nicht wie gut ihr Bewerbungsvideo zu den Thenem passt
6)Länge in Ordnung DLs vielleicht zu lang auseinander

3) Jo, is so eigtl. ganz gut
4) Ich finde, man sollte Control rauslassen -> irg.wie beinahe deckungsgleich mit Speed und Difficulty. Und irg.wie ist Spinless überflüssig. Da macht eh jeder das selbe.
5) Passt schun.
6) Rundenlänge is (wie bei 2 schon gesagt) bisschen zu lang.
7) Das mit der Quali-Collab war gut. Sollte man beibehalten.

Wäre es nicht sinnvoller die Antworten in Englisch abzugeben?

3) Yes, but a few changes
4) Speed should be the same as control, creativity should be one theme
5) Yes, the judging system is fine as it is
6) Yes, the WC is a bit to long

Ich schreib auch mal auf Englisch.

1) I liked the judging system and the themes of the battles because without it would be like a WT with teams.
2) I disliked the fact that some community members and jugdes showed no elan and no use, for e.g. the japanese Jugdes or the german double in the final. Its a personal thing but thats unfair for everyone that wants entertainment.

4) I think the theme speed should be removed because its hard to translate and to judge because of crazy combos and facts like speeding up.
A new theme could be for example cont. Tricks or battles with a restriction of tricks, so maybe you´re only allowed to use sonic variation + arounds.
5) Yes
6) A good lenght including the qualification and the judging parts.
7) Yes, but the judging system, exspecially the deductions shpuld be higher, because if theres a score of e.g. 70, a deduction of 0.25 doesnt really matter.

Sagen wir, ich versuchs in Englisch

1) I like the themes because it´s a different of always see the same spinning without any new elements or ideas -> Themes best ^^
2) The length of the WC, I think a month is a lot of time, it must be less , the results could then take a little longer, you will also get an explanation of the jurors then
3) Yes it's entertainment
4) I think Speed is the same as control, also can creativity be a single theme (like smoothness)
5) Just explanation for the judgeing
6) To long (look at number two)

2) there is no well made homepage (like alexsimpsononline.com for other WT and WC)

4) instead of speed: slow spinning and fast spinning; Body & Environment out; beautiful combo would be nice

2) There should be more thems for more varity.
3) Yeah, I want to keep the system, because it's varied.
4) "Hybrids" should be added and "Speed" and "Control" should be together only one theme.
5) Yes, but the arguments of the judges schould be published.
6) Length is ok. It could be shorter, but not longer.
7) Good.

4) You should add the Theme "Best Combo" or "No Theme" so there's a category where you only need to focus on your combo and you don't need to put in some themes (in Doubles you need to pay attention to the transition).
